1. What makes Dr Cap A Lot different?

2. How long does delivery take ?
Our delivery timeframe is 1–7 working days, depending on your location:
- Major cities: 1–3 days
- Regional areas: 3–7 days
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, EFT payments, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.
4. Can I return or exchange my cap?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email returns@drcapalot.co.za with your order number.
5. How do I find my fitted cap size?
Each cap has a size chart on its product page. Measure around your head just above the ears and compare it to the chart to find your perfect fit.
If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll help you choose the right size.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we occasionally run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our social media pages and website banners for updates.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo.
We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa, but we’re working on expanding to international shipping soon. Stay tuned!
9. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase Dr Cap A Lot digital gift cards for friends or family — perfect for any cap lover.
Gift cards are delivered instantly by email.
10. How do I care for my fitted cap?
- Hand wash gently using mild soap and cold water.
- Avoid washing machines or dryers.
- Air dry only — never use direct heat.
- Store your cap in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape.
